(Year Round Participation is not Mandatory)

Folkstyle Season (November-March)

-Rampage Elite:

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 6pm-8pm

-Rampage Parks & Rec:

Tuesday, Friday 6pm-8pm

Freestyle/Greco Season (April-October)

-All Rampage Wrestlers:

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 6pm-8pm


League Participation:

Rampage Wrestling Club participates in the Southern Maryland Junior Wrestling League (SMJWL), as well as the Anne Arundel Wrestling League (AAWL).

The SMJWL Consists of 14 clubs in Calvert, Charles, Prince George's, and St. Mary's Counties, and Washington D.C.. A beginning Rampage Wrestler will start in the SMJWL and develop the skills necessary to move on to the more advanced Capital Area Wrestling League (CAWL). SMJWL competitions are typically held on Saturdays starting in January and continuing through March.


The AAWL is a kids (Up to 15 years old) amateur wrestling league in the all parts of Maryland. The AAWL consists of about 16 Teams and strives to prepare wrestlers for High School.  Wrestlers in this league are required to make weight each week, which is a necessary aspect of wrestling which needs to be taught properly. AAWL competitions are typically held on Sundays starting in January and continuing through March.



Off Season Training:

When regular season competition ends Rampage continues to train and compete.

There are many Mid-Atlantic and national level events that Rampage members will participate in, including events in the international styles of Freestyle, and Greco Roman.These competitions  typically begin in the Spring and continue throughout the Summer.
